ILLUSTRATED LEARNING EDITION — VERIFICATION
13 October 2026

CONTENT AND PROGRAMS
52 main chapters, 18 JavaScript lessons, 9 program-construction lessons.
Three new projects contain 12 complete runnable stages: Python checker (5),
browser campaign explorer (3), connected browser/Python/SQLite report (4).
There are separate unfinished practice tasks and separate explained solutions.
The shared explorer/report data consistently describe September 2026.

New program checks passed:
- Python checker: 16 focused tests, including all five exact stage outputs.
- Campaign explorer: 14 tests executing real scripts with a simulated DOM.
- Connected report: actual local HTTP/SQLite checks across three server stages
plus the query stage; 8 JavaScript helper/response-validation tests.
- Existing visual studio: 19 semantic, SVG and DOM-wiring tests.
- Construction studio: 11 tests, including all 24 instruction arrangements
compared with actual Python execution, loop/function cases and event wiring.
Independent review read all nine new lessons and reran checker stages/tests.

VISUALS
Four original conceptual illustrations were generated with the built-in image
creation tool. Their prompt records are included. They do not supply precise
code, labels or numerical claims. Exact teaching graphics are vector artwork.
104 walkthroughs + 131 mechanism scenes use the new design system. Traces
split into readable panels, producing 245 exported diagram SVGs. Four
foundation SVG illustrations and 94 studio SVG snapshots are also included.
All new lesson diagrams were inspected in PDF context, with representative
existing diagrams, cover, part openers and foundation figures. The studio
review inspected 40 rendered graphics including edge/failure cases.

PDF CHECKS
The final_pdf_structure.json report records the final page/link/diagram counts
and automated checks for missing diagrams, invalid internal links, out-of-page
text and type below the readability threshold. These structural checks cover
every page; they are distinct from visual inspection of selected pages.

LIMITS
No graphical browser or screen-reader audit was executed in this environment.
DOM harness checks verify wiring and behavior under supplied test cases.
Manual browser checklists are provided. The local projects are learning
examples, not deployed production services or verified live campaign results.
Existing main-course examples and the preceding edition's verification
records remain included. No review of video frames is claimed; the teaching
reference record states exactly what text material was accessible.

See the separate handoff and independent-review files for commands, checked
cases and remaining operational limits. Reading a book or passing its known
examples is not a certification of professional competence.
